Our latest addition to the lineup of high quality Hi-Steam finishers is TURBO-483 -- a fast and green tensioning shirt finisher. This machine rivals the traditional hard-buck shirt finisher with its speed and production, with the added benefit of 25% less steam consumption. How is this achieved?
First, TURBO-483 comes with super-heated form to dry shoulder seam and sleeve vent. This shortens pressing cycle and allows the operator to finish 50+ shirts per hour.
Second, the energy saver hood behind the form draws in hot air used in the oeprating cycle to re-use it in the next operating cycle. Re-using the hot air means (i) less steam is needed for producing hot air (25% less steam consumption), resulting in reduced energy cost for the plant owner, and (ii) less steam escapes from the machine, resulting in cooler work environment for the operator and plant.
Like its cousin SAM-451, TURBO-483 can press all size shirts, from small to large, all types of fabric (cotton, silk, linen, Spandex, etc.) with no shine or discoloration on dark colored shirts, no broken buttons , little or no touch-ups, and give you a perfect finish every time.
